Using BitBox account, you will provide us with the medical scans, images, blood report etc from respective medical center. Before sending these documents, you need to make sure that all these contents must not contain any personal information related to patient. BitBox only collects anonymised medical data. If any data comes with personally identifiable information, that will be discarded from the application.
Usage Data is collected automatically when you visit the website or communicate with us via email. These sorts of data include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.We also collect information like email addresses and phone numbers that you used to contact us.

Medical data that we receive through BitBox, will be stored only for 1 year. After that, all data and related files will be discarded manually.
